We customize our services and rates to meet the needs of our clients. Our
quotations are based on the type, length and complexity of your project. Each
project is different and we pride ourselves on attending to the specific needs of
our clients. At your request, we will provide a confidential project assessment
and quote. We also offer retainer packages that include built in savings. If you

Invoices are generated and sent electronically on a weekly basis and are due and
payable 10 days after receipt. A signed work authorization will be required before any work
commences.
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments (securely through PayPal) as well as
company checks. In some cases a 50% deposit is required at project startup. The remaining 50% is due upon completion
of project.
Incidentals
Incidentals such as postage, shipping, printing, copying, mileage and long
distance etc. associated with the completion of your project will be added to
the hour rates listed.
